先日、娘の定期健診に行ったときにいただいた資料の中に、日焼け止め対策について記載がありました。
以下、自分用メモ↓
- 6か月未満の子は日陰や日傘などを使用し、直射日光に当てないようにする。
- できたら、ズボンや長そでを着させる。
- 服を選ぶときは、目が詰まった生地を選ぶ。
- 帽子は、全周に縁が約7.5cmあるものを選んで、顔、耳、首の後ろを守る。
- 10時から16時までは紫外線が強いので、日に当たる時間を制限する。
- 99%紫外線カットのサングラスをかける。
- 日焼け止めを使う。
こんな感じでしょうか。
早速、日焼け止めと赤ちゃん用サングラスを買いました。
日焼け止めは、私も一緒に使おうと思ってるので、amazonで評価の高い2種類を購入。使うのが今から楽しみです。
資料では、日焼け止めの原材料にオキシベンゾンが入っているのは避けて、酸化亜鉛か酸化チタンが入っているものを選んだほうが良いとのことでした。
日本でいう、「紫外線散乱剤」のことを示しているのだと思います（専門家ではないので、たぶんですが...）。
サングラスも、amazon内で良さげだった、COCOSANDのベビーサングラスを購入。
こちらは、見るからに写真映えします(笑)
実際に、娘にかけさせてみましたが、フィットしていて、娘も嫌そうな感じはしていませんでした。
まだまだstayhomeの日々が続いていますが、早くこれらの購入品が使える日常がきてほしいです。
There is some information about protecting babies from sunscreen on the paper which I got from the hospital when my daughter’s 6 months exam.
The information is below.
- Keep babies younger than 6 months out of direct sunlight. Find shade under a tree, an umbrella.
- When possible, dress babies in cool, comfortable clothing that covers the body, such as lightweight cotton pants, long sleeved shirts.
- Select clothes made with a tight weave.
- Wear a hat with an all-around 7.5 centimeters brim to shield the face, ear, and back of the neck.
- Limit your sun exposure between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm when UV rays are strongest.
- Wear sunglasses with at least 99% UV protection.
- Use sunscreen.
NOTE: These sentences are not completely same as the official information. These are just my memorandum.
Then, I bought sunscreen and baby sunglasses right away.
In terms of sunscreen, I bought 2 types of product because I am going to use them with my baby. I can't wait to use them.
According to the paper, we should avoid the sunscreen ingredient oxybenzone, and choose a sunscreen with zincoxide or titanium dioxide.
I am not an expert but it might indicate that we should use “ultraviolet scattering agent”.
Also, I chose the baby sunglasses by COCOSAND since it seems good on amazon.
It is super cute.
They seemed fit and my daughter didn’t mind wearing these.
